2023 ALCS MVP Adolis Garcia is headed to free agency after the Texas Rangers declined to tender him an offer. The two-time All-Star slugged 141 homers and stole 74 bases across six seasons with Texas. Last season, he slashes .227/.271/.394 with 19 homers and 13 stolen bases in 135 games. He was due to earn $12.1 million in arbitration.
